കേരള ജലഅതോറിറ്റി സേവനങ്ങള്‍ പൂര്‍ണമായും ഓണ്‍ലൈനില്‍ സമയബന്ധിതമായി ലഭ്യമാവുന്നതിനായി ഉപഭോക്താക്കളുടെ മൊബൈല്‍ നമ്പര്‍ വാട്ടര്‍ കണക്ഷന്‍ രേഖകളില്‍ ചേര്‍ക്കേണ്ട തീയതി ജൂലൈ 20 വരെ നീട്ടി. ജല അതോറിട്ടി വെബ്‌സൈറ്റായ  www.kwa.kerala.gov.in വഴിയോ   കാര്യാലയങ്ങള്‍ മുഖേനയോ ഉപഭോക്താക്കള്‍ക്ക് ഫോണ്‍ നമ്പര്‍ ബന്ധിപ്പിക്കാം. 

ഉപഭോക്താക്കളുടെ വെള്ളക്കരം, മീറ്റര്‍ റീഡിങ്, പണമടച്ചതിന്റെ വിവരങ്ങള്‍, കുടിവെള്ളം മുടങ്ങുന്നതിന്റെ വിവരങ്ങള്‍, വെള്ളക്കരം ഓണ്‍ലൈനില്‍ അടയ്‌ക്കേണ്ട ലിങ്ക് എന്നിവ എസ്.എം.എസ് ആയി ഉപഭോക്താക്കള്‍ക്ക് ലഭിക്കുമെന്ന് എടപ്പാള്‍ പി.എച്ച് ഡിവിഷന്‍ എക്‌സിക്യൂട്ടിവ് എഞ്ചിനീയര്‍ അറിയിച്ചു.

The deadline for customers to add their mobile numbers to their water connection records has been extended to July 20 so that the Kerala Water Authority services can be fully online and on time.
