കോവി‍ഡ് ബാധിച്ചും ക്വാ‍റന്‍റയിനിലും വീടുകളിൽ കഴിയുന്നവരെ ഉദ്ദേശിച്ച് ദേശീയ തലത്തിൽ തുടങ്ങിയ സംവിധാനം മറ്റു വിദഗ്ധ ചികിത്സകള്‍ കൂടി ഉള്‍പ്പെടുത്തി വിപുലീകരിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. കോവിഡ്‌ ഒ.പി, ജനറൽ ഒ.പി, സ്പെഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് ഒ.പി എന്നീ മൂന്നു വിഭാഗങ്ങളിലാണ് സൗജന്യമായി ചികിത്സ ലഭിക്കുക. 

ഗൂഗിള്‍ പ്ലേ സ്റ്റോറില്‍നിന്ന് eSanjeevaniOPD  ആപ്ലിക്കേഷൻ ഇൻസ്റ്റാൾ ചെയ്തും  www.esanjeevaniopd.in എന്ന പോര്‍ട്ടല്‍ മുഖേനയും ചികിത്സ തേടാം.

വ്യക്തിഗത വിവരങ്ങളും  മുൻ ചികിത്സാ റിപ്പോർട്ടുകളും പരിശോധന ഫലങ്ങളും നൽകി രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ ടോക്കൺ നമ്പർ ലഭിക്കും. 

തുടര്‍ന്ന് ടോക്കണ്‍ നമ്പര്‍ നല്‍കി ലോഗിന്‍ ചെയ്യുമ്പോള്‍ അപ്പോയ്മെന്‍റ് ലഭിക്കും. ഏതു സമയത്ത് ഡോക്ടര്‍ വീഡിയോ കോളില്‍ എത്തും എന്ന് അറിയിക്കും.  

നിശ്ചിത സമയത്ത് ഡോക്ടര്‍  രോഗിയുമായി സംസാരിച്ച് ചികിത്സ നിർദ്ദേശിക്കും. കുറിപ്പ് മൊബൈലിൽ പി.ഡി.എഫ് ഫയലായി  അയച്ചു തരികയും ചെയ്യും.  

കോവിഡ് രോഗികൾക്കുള്ള ഒ.പി എല്ലാ ദിവസവും 24 മണിക്കൂറുമുണ്ട്. ജനറൽ ഒപിയും ശിശു രോഗ വിഭാഗവും എല്ലാ ദിസവവും രാവിലെ എട്ടു മുതൽ വൈകുന്നേരം ആറു വരെയുണ്ട്.

സർജറി, ജനറൽ മെഡിസിൻ, ഗൈനക്കോളജി, പാലിയേറ്റീവ് കെയർ, മാനസിക രോഗ ചികിത്സ, ദന്ത ചികിത്സ, ശ്വാസകോശ രോഗ ചികിത്സ  തുടങ്ങിയവ എല്ലാദിവസവും രാവിലെ ഒന്‍പതു മുതൽ ഉച്ചക്ക് ഒന്നുവരെയാണ്.

അസ്ഥിരോഗ വിഭാഗം തിങ്കൾ, വ്യാഴം വെള്ളി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ രാവിലെ ഒന്‍പതു മുതല്‍ ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് ഒന്നുവരെയും  ഹൃദ്രോഗ വിഭാഗം ഞായറാഴ്ച്ച രാവിലെ ഒന്‍പതു മുതൽ ഉച്ചക്ക് ഒന്നുവരെയുമാണ് പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കുക.

The system, which started at the national level for those living with Kovid and Quarantine, was expanded to include other specialist treatments. Free treatment is available in three categories namely Kovid‌ OP, General OP and Specialist OP.

You can install the eSanjeevaniOPD application from the Google Play Store and seek treatment through the portal www.esanjeevaniopd.in.

The token number can be obtained by registering with personal information, previous medical reports and test results.

You will then receive an appointment when you log in with your token number. The doctor will let you know when the video call will arrive.

At the appointed time, the doctor will talk to the patient and prescribe treatment. The note will be sent as a PDF file on the mobile.

OP for Kovid patients is available 24 hours daily. The General OP and Pediatrics Department are available every day from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Surgery, General Medicine, Gynecology, Palliative Care, Psychiatry, Dentistry, and Lung Disease are available daily from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The orthopedic department is open Mondays and Thursdays from 9 am to 1 pm and the cardiology department is open from 9 am to 1 pm on Sundays.
